Refund policy
When money comes back, and when it is adjusted instead — set out plainly.
Security deposit
The ৳1,000 security deposit is refundable. When a connection ends, return our equipment undamaged and clear any outstanding bill, and the deposit is returned within 30 working days.
Installation charge
The ৳500 installation charge is non-refundable, as it covers technician time and cabling. If a feasibility check shows we cannot serve the address, however, everything paid is refunded in full.
Monthly bills
A month that has already started is not normally refundable. Closing a connection mid-month leaves the full month payable.
Credit for outages
If a fault on our own network keeps you offline for more than 24 continuous hours, we credit the affected days pro rata against your next bill. This does not apply to natural events, government directives, or faults inside your premises.
How to claim
Call the hotline or visit the office. Refunds go back to the original payment method, or to a bank or mobile-banking account.
